This is the official site of The Black Eagle Hapkido Association. An authorized affiliate of The American Hapkido Heuk Choo Kwan Association, headquarted in Longview, Washington. Grandmaster Ron Suggs is the founder and director of this association. I have been appointed as an adviser to American Heuk Choo Kwan and I invite all of my former students and friends to join the new association.
